Thursday July 2nd - Welcome Event

A casual event to bring everyone together before the wedding. 

Location: Whistler Brewing, 1045 Millar Creek Rd, Whistler, BC V8E 0K7

Time: 4:00PM to 7:00PM 

Friday July 3rd - Explore Whistler

No formally planned events for today as the wedding party has a rehearsal dinner and final organizing to do. You will find us in the morning at the Scandinave Spa, if you want to join for a morning of relaxation. Other excellent Whistler activities are listed in the Activities column. 

Saturday July 4 - Wedding Day 

Location: Audain Art Museum, Whistler

Schedule:

5:00 PM - Ceremony outside on the steps of the atrium. 

5:45 PM - Celebrate with drinks and appetizers outdoors in the meadow. 

7:00 PM - Dinner & Reception, indoors in Cressey Hall. 

9:00 PM to midnight - Dancing to finish the evening. 

Note: if you would like to see the art exhibits at the Audain, they will be available before 5:00pm and will require an admission fare.

What to Expect:

Dress Code: Formal

A Note for Guests: The Cocktail hour will take place on a grass field, so we recommend considering this when choosing footwear. 

Weather: Whistler is typically warm and beautiful during July days, but evenings can get chilly. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the outdoor portions of the celebration.

Indoor/Outdoor: The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while dinner and dancing will take place inside the museum.
